Customers will receive their package on Tuesday for a 2nd day air order that processes before 10:00 AM on Friday.
There is no Saturday/Sunday delivery.
* Next Day and 2nd Day orders placed over the weekend ship out Monday.
International Orders
Please select International Shipping option. International customers have the option to choose between UPS, USPS Priority or USPS First-Class shipping. We do not recommend First-Class International due to the high risk of lost packages. Customers who choose First-Class shipping will be fully responsible for tracking and lost packages. SUNSHINE OFFROAD will not be responsible.
Also, if the USPS website is unavailable while SUNSHINE OFFROAD calculates shipping costs, a default shipping cost may be entered based on product value. Please note we may need to adjust shipping costs in this situation.
International Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may result of the products being shipped from the United States. Buyer is responsible for any and all duty, tax or brokerage fees that may result from the shipment. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Because of UPS limitations, we cannot ship items via UPS to a Post Office box. UPS requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description states shipment by UPS, or where you require delivery by UPS. We will automatically switch orders going to a PO Box over to USPS Priority Mail if a UPS shipping option is selected. Packages will be shipped without requiring signature.
Shipping Times (after it leaves the warehouse)
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.
Note, some bulky and/or heavy items are not eligible for free shipping. If the item is not eligible, it is noted in the product description and you are alerted when checking out. If you wish to receive free shipping, please remove the item that is not eligible.
Free shipping is not eligible with other discounts such as dealer discounts.
If returning items that were shipped for free, customer may incur extra return fees to cover the free shipping cost.
California Emissions Regulation
California has instituted an amendment to their vehicle code regulations section 27156(c). Don’t worry you don’t need to be a lawyer; we’ll break it down for you.
In a nutshell, Californians are no longer able to lawfully modify or remove any part of a motor vehicle that acts as an emissions or pollution control device. This includes but is not restricted to exhaust systems, mufflers, carburetors, evaporative loss collection systems, and catalytic converters. You can replace parts with original equipment that meets the regulations, or even install aftermarket parts that have been exempted by the executive officer of the state board.
Hazardous Materials
Chemicals, oils, aerosol spray cans are all considered hazardous material. We cannot ship these products internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii. Within the contiguous USA, we cannot ship these hazardous materials via air (air includes USPS Priority and Express Mail, UPS 3-Day or faster services) - UPS Ground is the ONLY shipping option for these items.
Shortages and Shipping Damage
Damage or loss in transit by courier is the responsibility of the carrier (you must contact the carrier in case of Damage or non-delivery and make a claim). Shipments must be opened immediately upon receipt and the contents checked for completeness, damage and proper application as we will not accept claims after 10 days from date the package was received. If there is any damage to the order, place a claim with the carrier immediately and be sure to keep all original shipping cartons, packing, etc. The courier company will want to examine them before approving claim for payment. Mail shipments (outside USA) often are held by Customs or the Post office. You should check with your carrier or local post office/customs department if the package does not arrive in a timely manner.
